PMI稀释探针

PMI稀释探针用于烟道气的现场取样调节。

稀释探针执行四个关键功能，从堆栈或过程准备样品，因此它可以被分析仪准确和精确地测量。该探针使用一个空气驱动的吸引器从堆栈或过程中提取样品。然后，它被连续通过粗颗粒和细颗粒过滤器，一个预先选择的玻璃或金属临界孔，并最终与来自吸气器的空气稀释。这个过程现在已经将样品的露点降低到低于环境空气的露点，准备好样品，以便它可以通过一条不加热的线运输到300英尺外的分析仪。

有两种型号的稀释探头可用，只是安装法兰的类型不同。PMI-3200型，相当于EPM 0797.302，有一个1.8英寸的法兰，带有四个安装孔。型号PMI-3300（相当于EPM 0797.303）具有螺纹法兰，便于与延伸管一起使用。
